Brenda joined LMS in Fall 2021 and has shaped the agency into a well-oiled machine. Mrs. Kassis is the backbone at LMS and is the first person you talk to when you call the agency.

Prior to her time at LMS, she had worked for Sharon Regional Medical center for 9 years, utilizing her bachelor’s degree in office administrative management that she obtained from Youngstown State University. 

When Brenda isn’t at work, her life revolves around family and community. Happily married for over 35 years, Brenda spends as much time as she can with her two children and her grandchildren, who she adores.
