Erica Sanchez joined LMS Insurance Group in October 2025 as our Administrative Assistant, bringing with her a strong background in executive support, operations, and financial coordination.

With over a decade of experience supporting executives and managing complex day-to-day operations, Erica plays a key role in keeping LMS organized, responsive, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Her experience spans bookkeeping, scheduling, document management, reporting, and process coordination — all with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Beyond her technical skills, Erica is known for being exceptionally pleasant, dependable, and dedicated. She approaches her work with care and pride, and she genuinely enjoys helping both our team and our clients feel supported and at ease throughout the process.
